Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life. A life where you’re no longer running from your brain or fighting with it – instead, your mind becomes a place where you can relax, reflect and find peace.
Here at Home Mind Therapy, where we offer a safe and supportive space for individuals seeking to improve their mental wellbeing. Therapy is a collaborative process where you work with a trained professional (me) to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It can help you gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply need support during a difficult time, therapy provides tools and insights that can help you build resilience, improve self-awareness, and achieve a greater sense of peace. At Home Mind Therapy, we believe in empowering you to live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Trust us, a life like this is possible.

Walk N Talks
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is centred around the idea that therapy begins by walking into an "entryway"—a moment where you can metaphorically leave your baggage at the door, take off your coat, and allow yourself to feel at ease. This gentle beginning provides the foundation for deeper exploration, helping you feel comfortable and supported as you embark on a journey toward healing and self-discovery.
I am not a robot or diagnosis machine; I am a tour guide, a shoulder to cry on, the person to offer you a cup of tea and uninterrupted time. I am a person, just like you, here to hold space for you to know yourself better.
Teens & Adolescents
With over a decade of experience supporting young people through academic tutoring, I discovered my true passion lay not just in helping teens succeed in school, but in guiding them through the emotional and personal challenges of adolescence. This love for the deeper connection led me to pursue counselling, where I now specialise in working with teenagers and adolescents. I have extensive experience supporting teens with ADHD, autism (ASD), dyslexia and specific learning disorders, as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, and OCD. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where young people can feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate the pressures of growing up. My approach combines professional insight with a deep understanding of the teenage experience, built from years of one-on-one connection and care.
